What do I need before scheduling my installation?
We recommend that you have all of the equipment and A/V cables that you want installed ready.
We can install cable TV wiring prior to there being cable TV service available at the time of installation.
How soon can I schedule an installation?
We can work around your schedule! Same day service and
late evening installation is available. Installations are scheduled within 1-2 days.
What area do you service?
We provide service in the New York City Metropolitan and New York State,

What is the largest Flat Panel TV that you can install?
We can install any size Flat Panel TV that you have.
Do you perform commercial and office installations?
Yes, we have a wide range of experience doing commercial installations.
Do you install Flat Panel TV's above fireplaces?
Yes, we can install your Flat Panel TV above a fireplace.
How do you usually conceal wires?
Our installations are minimal wall intrusion. Depending the wall,
we can either snake wiring inside the wall behind the TV and speakers. We can also run wiring under carpeting,
in the ceiling, closets, attics, crawl spaces, or tuck the wiring inside custom installed track molding.
Most in-wall concealment will be finished with wall plates, or grommets.
What do you do with exposed wiring in a basic installation?
Exposed wiring will be neatly organized, dressed, tied and ran behind components as cleanly as possible.
When I move, can I call you to remove the system and all the wiring from the walls?
We can remove any system that we installed or has been installed by anyone else. We can patch holes in wall.
How long does it take to complete the installation? Most installs take 2-4 hours. TV installation for very large LCD or
Plasma screens can take longer due to the size and the additional installation requirements for the wall
mount.
If I cancel my service will their be a cancellation fee?
No ,there is no fee for cancellation.
What cables do I need for my LCD TV or Plasma installation?
This depends on what you're hooking up, most installs only HDMI cables, we provide the rest.
